This Privacy Policy explains what information the Gallipolis Portal Home app ("the App") collects from employees who use it, how that information is used, and the choices you have. The App is provided for employee scheduling, shift information, and workplace communication. This policy applies only to the Home app; it does not cover the on-site kiosk terminals used for time clock check-in.

Information We Collect

To create and operate your account, the App collects:

• Account information: the email address and password you set when signing up.
• Employee/roster information: your name, employee number, job classification, assigned shift, and hire date, as provided by your employer's records.
• Schedule and time-off activity: shift assignments, overtime, holiday, leave-of-absence, and shift-trade requests you submit or that are assigned to you.
• Notification preferences: whether you choose to receive push or email notifications, and the device push token used to deliver them.
• Support messages: if you contact us through the App's support form, we receive your name, email address, and the message you send.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account;
• Display your work schedule and related shift activity;
• Send you schedule-related notifications you've opted into (such as shift changes, approvals, or reminders);
• Respond to support requests you submit; and
• Maintain the security and reliability of the App.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Push Notifications

If you enable push notifications, a device token is registered with our notification provider so we can deliver schedule-related alerts to your device. You can disable push notifications at any time in the App's settings or your device's system settings.

Data Sharing

Your information is visible to authorized personnel at your employer (such as supervisors or HR staff) for scheduling and workforce-management purposes. We share data with service providers who help us operate the App — for example, hosting and push-notification delivery — only as needed to provide those services. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your account and schedule information for as long as you are an active employee user of the App, and afterward only as needed to meet recordkeeping or legal obligations.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted password storage and access controls limiting who can view employee data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may update your notification preferences within the App at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, contact us using the details below.
