How to Request Deletion

To delete your Gallipolis Portal Home account, contact your employer's HR department and request that your account be deleted. HR will verify your identity and employment status and delete your account and data.

What Gets Deleted

Once a deletion request is processed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted, including:

• Your login credentials (email and password);
• Your notification preferences and device push token;
• Any schedule, overtime, holiday, leave-of-absence, or shift-trade activity submitted through the account.

No data is retained after deletion is complete.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are typically completed within a few business days of being submitted to HR.
